I can relate to the sentiment but this isn’t the answer. You are not the problem so don’t shrink from further leadership opportunities just try to do so in a place with a much healthier and functional culture. Don’t feel like you have to shrink to fit; that’s how they want you to feel and their opinions aren’t based on the facts either.
